Privacy notice.

This notice describes how SHIFT by Guruge handles information collected through this website. It does not cover information handled inside systems built for clients, which is governed by the agreement for that project.

The contact form collects the details you enter: your name, business or brand name, email address, phone or WhatsApp number, what you need, your current website address if you have one, a description of the project, and optionally a budget range, timeline and message.

All of these except your name, email address and project description are optional. Only send what you are comfortable sending, and please do not include confidential business data in a first inquiry.

Inquiry details are used to respond to you and to discuss possible work. They are not sold, rented or shared for marketing, and you will not be added to a mailing list as a result of contacting us.

Depending on configuration, the contact form either opens a pre-filled message in your own email client, or submits through a third-party form provider that passes the submission on by email. Where a provider is used, your submission passes through their systems and is subject to their own privacy terms.

This site is hosted on a commercial hosting platform. Like most hosting, it keeps basic technical logs of requests, which may include IP addresses, timestamps, requested URLs and user-agent strings. These are used for delivery, security and troubleshooting.

This site sets no advertising or tracking cookies. Your theme preference is stored locally in your own browser and is never transmitted to us.

No analytics service is currently enabled. If one is added later, this notice will be updated to name it and describe what it collects before it goes live.

Inquiry correspondence is kept for as long as it is useful for the conversation and any resulting work, and deleted when it no longer is.

You can ask what information we hold about you, ask for a correction, or ask us to delete it. Email gurugetnm@gmail.com and we will act on it.
